CareNoGlu™ is a line of highly functional, gluten free ingredient premixes, produced in Caremoli’s certified state-of-the-art facilities in Italy. This facility features temperature and humidity control and an air purification system. Strict control is maintained for incoming raw materials and outgoing products.

Ingredients are carefully selected to give optimal performance and taste in finished goods. Each premix is designed for specific pasta or baked goods applications.
