The art of gastronomy includes preparing and serving rich or delicate appetizing foods. A “good eating” strictly related to the food and the culture of a country. Gastronomy  involves discovering, tasting, experiencing, researching, understanding about food preparations and the study of the interaction between culture and food; it is an  interdisciplinary science that involves biology, agronomy, history, philosophy, psychology and sociology.
