Pasta

There are a lot of milestones referring to the origin of pasta. There is a legend of Marco Polo that imported it from China; someone assert that Arabs introduced pasta in Sicily, mentioning also that some traces have been found in ancient Greece. Today pasta is a typical food of the Italian traditional cuisine that can be easily used in  different forms: fresh or dry, rice, corn or eggs based, long like spaghetti or short and filled like ravioli.
