Caremoli Headquarter is located in Nova Milanese (Milan Metropolitan area) on a total area of 3.500 m² and it has implants for the production including: 
•  spray-dry technology for co-processed ingredients 
•  automatic and semi-automatic dry mixing in different s blender 
•  Lines dedicated for different s and types of packaging

Our innovation center comprehends the analysis laboratory and the functional kitchen equipped with a pilot implant for different types of raw materials guaranteeing an accurate and efficient development of new recipes for different application.

For the production Caremoli has recently adapted its self-control plan to the requirements of the ISO 22000and FSSC 22000, developing specific protocols for the manufacture in complete safety and conformity with Gluten-Free parameters and other allergens.
The efficient qualitative check of single production steps is based on serious requirements those guarantee an high quality of the product. Taking advantage from innovative technologies of processing, we deliver customized finish products in compliance with the highest quality standards offering a wide variety of packaging types and sizes: Flow pack from 1kg to 5kg, paper or plastic bags from 10kg to 25kg, big bag till 1.000kg.

The creation of the new products is carried out with the highest attention from the optimization of the production processes to the editing of the requested technical documentation including the evaluation of the stability of the products.
The Quality department is organized in three operating units involved in: raw material control, finished product conformity and the general company operation management.The lab equipment includes some performing control tests.

Caremoli used to apply for all its suppliers restricted selection and risk assessment criteria, submitting them to regular surveillance audits.

Our warehouse guarantees an accurate stockage service, just in time with more than 5.000 pallets of raw materials on stock.
